Delivery Information
Last updated: August 20, 2026
At TRYIX Digital, our products are digital products and are delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped to customers.
1. Digital Delivery
All TRYIX Digital products are delivered through electronic methods. Depending on the product, delivery may be provided through downloadable files, email, access links, or other digital delivery methods specified on the relevant product page.
After completing your purchase, please check the email address provided during checkout for your order and delivery information.
2. Download and Access
Where a product includes downloadable files, the relevant files may be provided through the delivery method specified for that product.
For products containing access to external folders, resources, or collections, the delivery information may include links that allow you to access the relevant resources.
You may download the individual files or resources you need from the provided access location.
3. Large Digital Collections
Some TRYIX Digital products contain large collections of digital resources sourced from multiple creators and organized across different folders or categories.
These products may not be provided as one single downloadable file. Instead, the delivery may include a PDF or other file containing access links to the individual folders and resources.
Because these collections can contain a large number of individual digital assets and may be very large in total size, providing the complete collection as one downloadable file may not be technically practical.
This delivery method allows customers to access and download only the specific resources they need.
4. Third-Party Resources and Availability
Some resources included in digital collections may be sourced from or hosted through third-party platforms or services.
Because third-party resources can be updated, moved, restricted, removed, or have their sharing permissions changed over time, TRYIX Digital cannot guarantee that every third-party resource will remain available indefinitely.
If a particular resource becomes unavailable, customers may still have access to alternative resources within the relevant collection where available.
5. Resource Issues and Updates
If you experience an issue accessing a resource, please contact us and provide the relevant file name, folder name, access link, or a screenshot showing the issue.
Providing these details helps us keep a record of affected resources and investigate whether the resource can be restored, replaced, or otherwise addressed.
Where a replacement or previously unavailable resource becomes available again, we may provide the relevant update through the customer's registered email address.
6. Downloading Resources
We recommend downloading the resources you need after receiving access, particularly where products contain third-party resources.
Third-party resources may be updated, removed, relocated, or have their access permissions changed in the future.
Downloading the resources you need helps ensure that you retain access to the relevant files available to you at the time of delivery.
7. Delivery Completion
Digital delivery is considered completed when the applicable download, access information, file, email, or resource link has been made available to the customer through the delivery method specified for the product.
If you do not receive your digital delivery information or experience difficulty accessing your purchase, please contact TRYIX Digital so that we can assist you.
8. No Physical Shipping
TRYIX Digital does not ship physical products unless a product is specifically identified as requiring physical delivery.
Shipping addresses, physical delivery tracking, and physical shipment timelines therefore do not generally apply to our digital products.
